Family Photography

Family sessions are taken both in your home as much as outside, whatever you choose. As with all other sessions, we will keep things as natural as possible, only ever using natural light.

 

In the summer months, if your little ones routines allow it, or you are up for a one off ‘ throw their routine out of the window for one night’ , having your session during golden hour will make all the difference and you will be oh so glad you let your children stay up. This can really add to the fun and will make your images even more memorable, going out in the evening as a child instead of winding down for bed is so exciting!

 

If an outside session, the location is something we will discuss. If you have a spot special to you, that's ideal, or we work together to find the perfect place. Being where we are in the world, the ever changing seasons means I have different outside locations I suggest at different times of the year. During outside family sessions, we tend to do a mix of very natural shots with me in the background capturing your family time, generally having a little stroll and some fun and games, and then some gentle prompts from me during or at the end to get some more posed shots.
